Absolute Bliss At Copia Eco Cabins

It might sound silly to say aloud, but stillness has a sound and it sounds like everything experienced at Copia Eco Cabins.

The cabin of our dreams. Where time doesn’t exist and the long days hold enough room for you to escape and retreat to the simplest of things.

Whether you’re a hot tub, long baths or fireside cuddler, Copia Eco Cabins gives you more than enough space and the most beautiful backdrop to emerce yourself in it all for hours on end.

Each time we’ve come here, we’ve left refreshed and as though we’ve just spent an entire week away. We keep debating if it’s because of the views and stillness that the space holds or the fact that it just feels like there’s so much time to just be. Either way we absolutely love the memories we’ve made doing nothing and everything in this old shipping container, now turned cabin. It is romantic, it refreshing, it is quietening, it is everything you need it to be.

It’s not always easy to find places that feel and sound like silence and stillness, but the days lazing around here feels and sounds exactly like it. When the only thing that can interrupt it is the laughs and conversations you choose to have, the cracking of the fire you’ve lit to warm up or make an easy dinner and the water running to fill the bath you’re about to have and finally read that book you’re destined to love. Actually, we might instead say that it is what gives the stillness a sound and a feeling.

What We Loved:

  • Every cabin feels completely remote. You never see anybody else so it feels isolated.

  • The interior is so simple but feels like a little luxury cabin with everything you need and more - even some farm-fresh eggs and really good rusks.

  • It feels like time doesn’t exist and somewhat goes on forever - this is our absolute favourite.

  • We love that there’s limited signal and it’s off the grid.

  • The bath and the bed are so comfy. Always a winner.

  • The entire cabin is just so beautifully designed and feels like a perfect little escape.

Tips / Recommendations:

  • Add it to your list of places to visit. We’ve been here twice and both times it just relaxes, refreshes and makes you feel like you’ve gone away for a week-long trip, even though it was just two nights.

  • Once you’ve check-in you don’t want to leave, so bring everything you need.

  • If you’re up for taking a walk, a walk to see the farm animals is pretty cute.

  • Hot tub, light a fire and lay in the bath multiple times in the day- you’re in one of the coolest cabins ever, don’t hold back.

  • Pack in a reading book. You’ll actually read it this trip, and want to.
